I have spent 35 years as a consultant using my innovative entrepreneurial approaches to help some of the UK’s leading businesses make a step change in their performance.
Having spent most of my working life studying how entrepreneurs create great business and then sharing his knowledge to help others become successful. I discovered that the same entrepreneurial approach can be used to help existing businesses make a step change in their performance.

I have written and presented the BAFTA award series “Winning”. I also went on to win a Premier Business award for the BBC 2 programme “Get Better or Get Beaten” and was also awarded the Ernst Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2000 award for supporting entrepreneurs.
I have also enjoyed my role as visiting professor in Entrepreneurship at Curtin Business School, Perth Australia and in 2009 was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the University of East Anglia and the University of Essex.
Throughout my career I have worked with over 95 businesses. Many of the businesses made significant step changes in performance leading to an increase in profits.
I am also the author of four business books; Hallmarks for Successful Business; In the Company of Heroes; Doing the Business and Entrecode: unlocking the entrepreneurial DNA.
